Weld hole sensors are used to trace the seam welding joint of the steel strip. This Weld detecting sensor works on the principle of Photoelectricity. The scanning   Signal Sensor housed in an IP54 Aluminum casing. The sensor is mounted anywhere in the line after the welder and can be activated by any ordinary Fluorescent Tube Light, or Halogen light or Sodium vapor lamp depending on the line speed located behind the material. Depending on the speed of the strip, the sensitivity of the sensor can be adjusted. Potential free contacts are activated when the punch hole passes through the sensor. The holding time of the relay contact can be adjusted depending on the strip speed.

APPLICATIONS:
Steel processing industries like galvanizing lines, Colour coating line Cut to length, slitting line etc.
