  1. In this, both the edges of moving strip are monitored by a photoelectric sensor/ capacitive sensors.
  2. From sensor data, electronic controller controls the machine swiveling frame to align the material in the center line of process line.
  3. The primary purpose of intermediate guiding is to maintain the strip approximately in the center of the line.
  4. There are various types of Center Guide Frames i.e. Single Roller, Dual Roller, Z-Wrap with Kamber Roller Guide with or offset pivot.
