COMPANY ACTIVITIES:

DESIGN & ENGINEERING:

1. Design & conceptualization of process & operations flow chart.
2. Drafting of system architecture.
3. Selection of proper hardware & software as per process requirement.
4. Designing of circuit drawings using Auto-cad & E-Plan software.

MANUFACTURING:

1. Procurement of material (hardware & software).
2. Assembly of components as per design & engineering.
3. To adhere all the assembly & safety requirements as per IEC & UL-508A.
4. In-house machine software development as per process requirement for various PLC’s, Drives & MMI.
5. Stage wise internal inspection & Simulation test of all the items manufactured.
6. Inspection by Customer Representative, Third party agencies & FAT.

INSTALATION & COMMISSIONING:

1. Preparation of documents required for equipment’s installation.
2. Provide Site supervision & services during installation.
3. Cold test of individual equipment.
4. Synchronization & Load test of equipment as per required process parameters. 
5. Class room & on job Training of equipment & system handling.

SERVICES:

1. Provide warranty services for the equipment & systems supplied by us.
2. Provide onsite/online technical support during break down & routine maintenance.
3. System study & analysis of the existing Old/New equipment’s for enhancing the productivity/performance.
